1 这事以后，耶稣在提比哩亚海边又向门徒显现, and he revealed himself in this way. 2 Simon Peter, Thomas (called the Twin), Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, 又有两个门徒在一起. 3 西门彼得对他们说，我打鱼去.他们说、我们与你同去.他们就出去，上了船，那一夜并没有打着什么.
4 Just as day was breaking, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. 5 耶稣对他们说、孩子们、你们有鱼没有?” They answered him, “No.” 6 耶稣对他们说、你们把网撒在船的右边、就必得著.他们就把鱼抛出去、却不能拉上来、因为鱼多. 7 耶稣所爱的那门徒对彼得说、是主!西门彼得听见是主, he put on his outer garment, for he was stripped for work, and threw himself into the sea. 8 The other disciples came in the boat, dragging the net full of fish, for they were not far from the land, but about a hundred yards off.
9 他们上了岸，就看见那里有炭火，上面摆着鱼，还有饼. 10 耶稣对他们说、把刚才打的鱼拿几条来.” 11 西门彼得就上船，把那网拉到岸上，那网满了大鱼，共一百五十三条. 鱼虽多，网却没有破. 12 耶稣对他们说、你们来吃早饭.门徒中没有一个敢问他、你是谁?” They knew it was the Lord. 13 耶稣来拿饼给他们，鱼也照样给他们. 14 耶稣从死里复活以后，向门徒显现，这是第三次.
15 When they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” He said to him, “Feed my lambs.” 16 耶稣第二次对他说、约翰的儿子西门、你爱我么?” He said to him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I love you.” He said to him, “Tend my sheep.” 17 耶稣第三次对他说、约翰的儿子西门、你爱我么?彼得心里忧愁，因为耶稣第三次对他说，你爱我吗?” and he said to him, “Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.” Jesus said to him, “Feed my sheep. 18 Truly, truly, I say to you, when you were young, 你以前自己穿衣服，想去哪就去哪, but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, 另一个人会给你穿上衣服，带你去你不愿意去的地方.” 19 (耶稣说这话，是要表明自己将怎样死，荣耀神.耶稣说了这话，就对他说，你跟从我吧.”
20 彼得转过身来，看见耶稣所爱的门徒跟着他们, 那个在晚餐时靠在他身上说, “Lord, who is it that is going to betray you?” 21 彼得看见他、就问耶稣说、主阿、这人怎样?” 22 耶稣对他说、我若愿意他等到我来、与你何干? You follow me!” 23 So the saying spread abroad among the brothers that this disciple was not to die; yet Jesus did not say to him that he was not to die, but, 我若愿意叫他等到我来, what is that to you?”
24 为这些事作见证的，就是这门徒, and who has written these things, 我们也知道他的见证是真的.
25 耶稣还做了许多其他的事. Were every one of them to be written, 我想这个世界本身容不下将要写出来的书.
